We are not responsible for loss/loss of luggage and/or documents, theft or personal loss. The agency AGENCIA DE VIAJES 'AGNIVEDAA' E.I.R.L. is under no obligation to compensate for any of the aforementioned losses.

Bookings and Quote Validity
The quote provided by us will be valid once the booking is confirmed. From that moment on, we will be available to answer any questions regarding your vacation. Please note that our quotes do not include international flights to and from Peru. If you need our assistance in booking international or domestic flights in Peru, they must be paid for immediately to ensure the validity of the offer, as prices may change daily.

Cancellation of Service by AGENCIA DE VIAJES 'AGNIVEDAA' E.I.R.L. Travel Beyond The Imaginable
AGENCIA DE VIAJES 'AGNIVEDAA' E.I.R.L. reserves the right to cancel a program in case of exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as: Force Majeure: The inability to execute the program due to extraordinary or forced circumstances beyond our control. Examples include bad weather, strikes preventing implementation or posing a risk, or unforeseen route unavailability. AGENCIA DE VIAJES 'AGNIVEDAA' E.I.R.L. allows changes to the program and adjustments to the current conditions (mentioned above and, for example, illness of a participant).

Cancellation of Service by the Customer
To guarantee service execution, a prepayment of 50% is required. This prepayment is refundable only if it does not exceed the penalties described below. The deposit is used to reserve a place and ensure entrance to archaeological sites, availability of hotels, buses, and train tickets. In case of date changes or service cancellations, the following penalties apply: - Cancellation or date change between 60 and 31 days before the start of the service: A penalty of 50% of the total prepayment. - Cancellation or date change between 120 and 61 days before the start of the service: A penalty of 20% of the total prepayment. - Cancellation or date change within 29-1 days before the start of the service: A penalty of 100% of the total cost of the Tour Package (NO SHOW).
